Yoga Of Immortals Will Empower You to Find Your True Self

Have you ever sat down and really thought about how different you are today from when you were born? It sounds like an elementary question, but Ishan Shivanand, Founder of Yoga of Immortals (YOI), believes that it is more complex than you may think. “Yes, thankfully, we are past the diaper stage and have moved on to experience some of life’s greatest joys,” Ishan says, “but many of our experiences have been negative. Their accumulation can affect how we view ourselves, and when we look in the mirror as adults, we might not recognize who we see. YOI, I believe, is very effective at reestablishing that connection so that we can reach our full potential.”

Babies, Ishan continues, are born blank slates and totally innocent. “We have innate talents and gifts that are waiting to be discovered and developed, and we have personalities that we will live into. Our infant self is, I think, the essence of who we are before we go out into the world and are hurt by other people.”

Ishan explains that the more that happens and the more stresses we encounter in our relationships and at work, the more we can become separated from who we really are. “We see this every day as adults, don’t you agree?” he asks. “Adults have a thousand problems in front of them that take their attention. How many times have you heard someone say, ‘I used to enjoy doing X? I can’t remember the last time I did that.’ Life and all its complications, however, create a barrier that prevents us from living into who we are as unique human beings.”

YOI, Ishan reveals, is what so many adults need: a way to mentally separate themselves from the stresses around them and reconnect with themselves. “It is different from the yoga you might be familiar with,” he says. “YOI is a perfect protocol that I created through my own experiences as a monk as well as scientific research. With YOI, I have been helping millions around the world to rediscover their real identities so that they can live life 200%.”

Ishan spent twenty years studying the Vedic modalities in a monastery, where he learned about their ability to restore the physical, emotional, and mental health of the practitioner. Ishan eventually left the monastery so that he could help more people benefit from the ancient yogic techniques.

“No matter where I have gone in the world or who I have spoken with,” Ishan shares, “I have consistently heard from people who wonder if there is more to life. They are burned out, and they have lost their joy. Everywhere they turn, they see yet another problem to overcome, and their passion has been diminished. They want a better way to live but are just not sure how to attain it.”

The meditative, cognitive, mind-oriented approach used by YOI helps the practitioner experience both spiritual growth and worldly growth. “One of the reasons it is so effective,” Ishan thinks, “is because it helps the person to really return to their most essential self: who they are, free of outside influences. If the practitioner is diligent and meditates for thirty minutes every day, they can learn to create in their minds a tranquil place where no stress can enter.”

When that happens, Ishan continues, the person is free to reconnect with themselves. “Who are you really?” he asks. “What is the journey that you are going on in life? What are your goals? With YOI, you can step back from the pressures of life and experience real peace. You can remember who you really are and what makes you feel alive, then have the energy to go after that even though life itself never changes. That is real living, and you will have all the joy and passion that you deserve to feel.”

Through the scientifically-backed meditation techniques taught by Ishan Shivanand and Yoga of Immortals, millions are finding relief from anxiety, anger, addictions, and other issues.
