Read Time:34 Second

Amazon.com Inc. announced Wednesday that its “Just Walk Out” technology, which allows customers to bypass checkout to pay for items, will be making its Major League Baseball debut. During the 2022 season, guests will be able to buy snacks, souvenirs, wine and more at two shops in Minute Maid Park, home for the Houston Astros. Visitors insert their payment card on the way into the shops and that card will be charged with items that shoppers walk out with. Amazon stock has tumbled 8.6% over the last year.
