Nikola to lose one board member

Nikola Corp. said late Thursday Sophia Jin, who will complete her three-year term on the EV maker’s board, will leave the board after Nikola’s annual meeting in June. The EV maker said it does not intend to replace Jin’s position, and will decrease the size of its board from 10 to 9. Shares of Nikola rose 0.3% in the extended session Thursday after ending the regular trading day down 2.8%.
