: TXO Energy sets IPO price range

TXO Energy Partners L.P. on Wednesday said it plans to offer five million common units at an estimated price range of $19 to $21 per unit with underwriters Raymond James, Stifel, Janney Montgomery Scott and Capital One Securities in its upcoming initial public offering. At the midpoint of the range, TXO Energy Partners will raise $100 million. The Fort Worth, Texas.-based oil and natural gas developer in North America plans to trade on the NYSE under the symbol TXO. Shareholders in the company, which will change its name to TXO from MorningStar Partners, include Global Endowment Management LP and Luther King Capital Management.
