: Cummins sees its Atmus Filtration business file for an IPO

Cummins Inc.’s CMI filtration business filed a registration statement for an initial public offering Tuesday. The Atmus Filtration Technologies business is looking to list on the New York Stock exchange under the ticker symbol “ATMU.” Cummins said in a release that the number of shares to be offered and the pricing for those shares have yet to be determined. Steph Disher will remain the leader of Atmus Filtration Technologies, which generated $1.56 billion in sales during 2022, along with $170.1 million in net income. The business makes filtration offerings for on-highway commercial vehicles as well as equipment and vehicles for various off-highway uses.
