Dow Jones Newswires: Sega Sammy shares fall sharply on news of deal for ‘Angry Birds’ game maker

Sega Sammy Holdings Inc. shares fell sharply Monday morning following news that it is nearing an agreement to acquire the Finnish videogame developer behind the “Angry Birds” mobile game for about $1 billion.
