: Delta Air Lines stock rises again, toward extending record win streak to 14 days

Shares of Delta Air Lines Inc. DAL continues its ascent with a 0.5% gain in premarket trading Wednesday, which puts them on track to extend their record winning streak to a 14th trading day. The stock, which is headed for a 13-month high, set a fresh win-streak record on Friday with its 11th-straight gain, surpassing the previous 10-day record set in October 2008. Delta’s stock has soared 19.0% over the past 13 sessions, amid expectations of a strong summer travel season. Among Delta’s peers, shares of American Airlines Group Inc. AAL tacked on 0.4% premarket toward a seventh-straight gain, and an 11th gain in 14 sessions. United Airlines Holdings Inc.’s stock UAL rose 0.5% premarket, also toward a seventh-straight gain and a 10th advance in 14 sessions. The U.S. Global Jets exchange-traded fund JETS rose 0.3% ahead of the, and was headed for a seventh-straight gain, while futures ES00 for the S&P 500 SPX edged up 0.2%, putting the S&P 500 on track for a fifth-straight gain.
