: FTC set to file injunction to block Microsoft acquisition of Activision Blizzard: report

Microsoft Corp. MSFT appears to have another headwind in its $69 billion acquisition of videogame publisher Activision Blizzard Inc. ATVI in the form of an injunction from the Federal Trade Commission, according to a report Monday. In a CNBC report, the FTC is set to file an injunction to block the deal, according to a source close to the matter. Microsoft shares were up 0.3%, and Activision’s were flat in recent activity.
