Small-appliance maker SharkNinja Inc. said in a filing Thursday it plans to sell 138 million shares in the upcoming separation from parent company JS Global Lifestyle Co. Ltd. JGLCF, based in Hong Kong. SharkNinja filed registration documents last month without specifying the share number. The company plans to apply to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SN. In the prospectus, SharkNinja said revenue grew to $855 million in the first three months of the year, compared with $810 million in the year-ago period.
