: Walmart price target raised to $175 by BMO
BMO Capital Markets raised its Walmart Inc. WMT price target to $175 from $170 Wednesday ahead of the retail giant’s second-quarter results on Aug. 17. BMO is expecting upside from Walmart, according to analyst Kelly Bania. “We raise our F2Q24 WMT EPS estimate to $1.73 (from $1.68) on higher U.S. Comps and international growth expectations, but acknowledge there is still room for upside,” she wrote, in a note released Wednesday.
