: Cisco reshuffles board of directors

Cisco Systems Inc. CSCO on Tuesday named former PayPal Holdings Inc. PYPL Chief Executive Dan Schulman to its board of directors effective immediately. Schulman also serves on the boards of PayPal, Verizon Communications Inc. VZ, and Cleveland Clinic. Cisco said M. Michele Burns, Rod McGeary and Advanced Micro Devices Inc. AMD CEO Lisa Su have notified the board they will not stand for re-election at Cisco’s 2023 annual meeting in December.
