Fed’s Jackson Hole meeting: A plan to cut rates gradually is emerging

The Federal Reserve will use its Jackson Hole retreat to outline to markets a gradual easing plan beginning at its mid-September meeting, economists said, ahead of the two days of discussions that will start Friday.
