Oil turns higher for the week after hurricane Francine landfall

Oil futures headed higher for a second straight session on Thursday, turning higher for the week as investors assessed Hurricane Francine’s impact on U.S. oil and gas production and refinery activity, but gains were capped by continued worries over the outlook for crude demand.
