U.S. household energy bills won’t shock consumers this winter

U.S. consumers won’t see much of a change in the cost to heat their homes this winter compared to last winter, thanks to lower prices for energy, including natural gas, the Energy Information Administration said in its winter fuels report, released Tuesday.
