The Wall Street Journal: Russia has deployed 97% of its army in Ukraine war, according to new U.K. assessment

Russia has deployed nearly its entire army in Ukraine, increasing pressure along the front line in the east of the country but falling short of a breakthrough, according to Ben Wallace, the U.K.’s defense secretary.
