: Cummins unit Atmus Filtration to offer 14.1 million shares in IPO, priced at $18 to $21 each

Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc. ATMU, Cummins Inc.’s CMI filtration business, announced the launch of its initial public offering on Tuesday. The company said it will offer 14.1 million shares currently owned by Cummins priced at $18 to $21 each. The company has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange, under the ticker “ATMU.” Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan are lead book-running managers on the deal with 10 other banks acting as co-managers.
