: Leggett & Platt names Benjamin Burns new CFO

Leggett & Platt Inc. LEG said late Thursday that Benjamin Burns was appointed chief financial officer on Wednesday. Burns succeeds Jeffrey Tate, who “departed from his position.” Leggett & Platt shares declined 0.1% after hours, following a 1.6% decline to close the regular session at $29.66.
