The Fed: Powell says risks of ‘overdoing’ or ‘underdoing’ rate hikes still aren’t in balance yet

Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell delivered a hawkish tone on monetary policy for a second day in Europe, telling a conference in Madrid that the bank doesn’t yet see a risk overdoing interest rate hikes.
