: Rivian product development chief moving to EVP role

Rivian Automotive Inc. RIVN said in a filing late Monday that the company’s Chief Product Development Officer Nick Kalayjian is moving to the role of executive vice president, and will continue to report to Chief Executive RJ Scaringe. Scaringe assumes “direct responsibility for all product functions,” the EV maker said. Shares of Rivian fell 0.4% in the extended session after ending the regular trading day up 1.4%.
