Vaccine makers’ stocks fall as CDC advisers shift RSV-shot recommendations

Shares of vaccine makers Pfizer, GSK and Moderna dropped Wednesday as advisers to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shifted their recommendations for who should be vaccinated against respiratory syncytial virus.
