Oil logs modest gain ahead of OPEC+ meeting

Oil futures ended modestly higher Tuesday, trimming a larger intraday gain, ahead of a meeting of OPEC+ members that’s not expected to see a large increase in output. West Texas Intermediate crude for September delivery rose 53 cents, or 0.6%, to close at $94.42 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
