Leo Li launched his career early, artfully noticing that he could see to his success by cultivating a willingness to work hard and give it his all when chasing his dreams. Likewise, he knew that, in order to pursue one’s passion and achieve what brings one happiness, one must have an optimistic view on life and embrace every single opportunity around him. And Li has done just that.

Born and raised in XinJiang, China, the fashion influencer and stylist moved to the states at age fourteen and went to a high school in Jersey Shore. He and now speaks Chinese and English. With a natural eye for design, Li quickly developed a strong passion for fashion and an intrigue with unique cuts and colors.

Just like his favorite fashion pieces, the influencer’s media consists of a highly specialized style, one which his followers can’t seem to seek elsewhere. His social media platforms overflow with unique, innovative content, proof of the charming influencer’s movement upward in a realm of large living– la mode.

After much persistence in pursuing his goal, Li sat shoulder-to-shoulder with the world-renowned stars at various New York Fashion Week runway shows. He mingled with fashion icons and attended shows like Tom Ford, Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, Fendi, and Laquan Smith.

Li wore The North Face Gucci shirt to the Tommy Hilfiger show, an affair inspired by Warhol’s Factory and characterized by bold colors, ponchos, heavy coats, and umbrellas.

The Glam Slam: Session 3 was another one of the flashy events Li attended during the week. Set on the Rooftop Terrace of Spring Studios in Tribeca, this IMG models and Spring Studios occasion took place to celebrate two of New York’s most popular and exciting affairs– The US Open Tennis Championships and New York Fashion Week. Li was glad to be able to witness a panel during which embraced designer Cynthia Rowley, Style of Sports Founder Claudia Lebenthal, and tennis player Alexandra Stevenson engaged on the intersection of tennis and fashion.

Many of Li’s such journeys are featured on his social media platforms, mediums which let his viewers enjoy the experiences through him and follow along with his good times. Content on Li’s channels is unique to his distinct personality and enlivens its audience, his adventures on the page inspiring. The media matter his viewers enjoy is entertaining, letting light into Li’s life.

On his Instagram, there are various videos and photos that promote Li’s favorite fashion pieces, many of which caught his attention at Fashion Week. Photos of outstanding architecture, international figures, and beautiful outfits of Li’s choice decorate the space, along with Getty images taken specially of Li and friends at the Glam Slam. Upon viewing, his followers engage with an all-encompassing expression of Li’s amazing adventures.

Yet the individual still has more to offer and show the world. A great figure with even greater plans, he has ideas to further drive his career into the world of fashion, particularly as it connects to the runway. Because Li has a love for styling models and friends, he will likely delve deeper into photography, styling, and, in the close future, modeling.

Li wants to show others his special view of every-day life fashion by, one day, adding his own, personal touch to the magazine covers of Vogue and Forbes. On the topic of his success, he says, “I think success is being able to do what you love and make a joyful living off of it.”

The Manhattan, NYC-based social media leader and fashion stylist attended New York Fashion Week in September of 2022.
