Dynasty Strategist Aj’a Yada Explains How You Can Reverse Generational Trauma and Allow Your Family to Thrive

Read Time:3 Minute, 43 Second

Why does one family thrive throughout their lineage while another remains mired in poverty? “While the first may have had more educational and career opportunities, the question actually goes much deeper than that,” says Aj’a Yada, who is a wife, mother, and leader of Dynasty Strategy & Doula Services. “While those factors are undeniably important, when you set them aside, there is no difference in intelligence or capabilities between families. This is incredibly encouraging because the one that is destitute is completely capable of breaking free and generating wealth. They have just as much potential as anyone else. Helping them to leave behind generational trauma and create a dynasty is one of the greatest joys of my life.”

Building a dynasty, Aj’a explains, is when a family deliberately works to increase the size and scope of their current and generational financial power. While everyone, no matter who they are, is capable of creating their own empire, far too many simply believe they cannot.

“I have talked to dozens of people about this, and, in general, they doubt themselves because they believe a dynasty is for ‘other people,’” Aj’a reflects. “It seems too grandiose. They believe they aren’t smart enough to grow a business, let alone one that can provide for their great-great-great grandchildren. What they don’t realize is that they are stuck in a generational cycle of economic trauma. They think that ‘this is it.’ Here is the truth, however: there is more, and they can have it.”

Aj’a is adamant that the members of any struggling family can rewrite their narrative and usher in prosperity, love, and resilience for themselves. More than that, they deserve to. They can leave behind hundreds of years of believing that living from paycheck to paycheck is all they can accomplish. Instead, with hard work and dedication, they can ignite generational transformation and live on a completely new level.

“It comes down to a mindset shift,” Aj’a explains. “Let’s say you look back at your family tree and see so many people who were poor. If you think that you will always be like them, then that is the most you will ever expect for yourself. Your actions and results will reflect that. If, on the other hand, you believe that you can and will do better for yourself and for those who come after you, you will then open up the path for that to happen. This is followed by hard work, of course, but that mindset shift must happen for prosperity to follow.”

Aj’a emphasizes that building a dynasty is about more than acquiring wealth. It is about developing traditions, being mentally and physically aligned, and protecting the lineage that you are creating. Future family members must be ready to smoothly step into the business that you have created so that they can carry on the responsibility.

At Dynasty Strategy & Doula Services, Aj’a helps her clients to understand generational trauma, including guidance on how to break free of it and take realistic steps to create a family dynasty. Her clients understand that it is an in-depth process that must be thoroughly mapped out, with family treated as a business. The results have been remarkable: individuals have elevated their mindset, improved their income, and strengthened their personal relationships.

“The financial stability is, without question, a major plus, but I sometimes think that even more important is the new sense of pride that my clients have,” says Aj’a. “They realize that they can do far more than they ever thought possible. The past does not determine the future – only our actions today can do that. No matter what has happened, even for generations, we all can step onto a completely new road. By creating a family dynasty, we can build the type of life we want for ourselves and for those who will follow us.”
